The S&B cold air intake for the 2013-2018 Dodge Ram Cummins 6.7L was engineered to minimize air restriction and flows 54.60% better than stock. This kit comes with a fully enclosed airbox that protects the filter from dirt and keeps out engine heat.
In extreme heat, high loads, or high altitudes S&B’s swing gate pivots when your truck accelerates to full throttle, opening the ram-air duct mounted behind the grille which releases cooler and less restrictive air to your engine.
The intake uses the same motor that drives Ram-Air to activate our swing gate, giving you all the benefits of the stock system, plus much more. Draws air from the wheelwell inlet under normal driving conditions or inclement weather conditions (ice, snow, rain) to protect against the elements.
