Warranty Coverage

• New parts sold by SWP are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty for defects in materials/workmanship.
• Remedies (repair/replacement/inspection) and timelines are determined by each manufacturer.
• SWP facilitates claims; approval/denial is ultimately the manufacturer’s decision.

Not Covered

• Normal wear, misuse/abuse, accidents, competition/off-road use (unless specified), improper install, lack of maintenance.
• Labor/diagnostics, R&R, fluids, towing, rental, downtime, loss of income.
• Opened fluids/chemicals; electrical components damaged by install; tuned/altered ECUs/TCMs unless expressly covered.

Injector / Pump / Turbo Requirements

• Fuel system cleanliness (no water/rust/algae/debris) required.
• Turbos: correct oil feed/return and proper cooldown are mandatory.
• Scan logs/code reports or test results may be requested for electronics.

Core Policy (if applicable)

• Refundable core charge may apply. Core must be complete/rebuildable and same family.
• Return window: 30 days from delivery unless otherwise stated.
• No cracked housings, severe corrosion, missing major parts, or fire damage. Allow up to 10 business days after receipt for inspection/credit.

Shipping Damage & Shortages

Inspect on delivery; note visible damage with the carrier and take photos. Report within 48 hours to Contact@secondwindperformance.net with photos and order #.

Returns & Exchanges (Non-Warranty)

• RMA required before shipping any return.
• 30 days from delivery for new, unused items in original packaging.
• Restocking up to 15% on non-defective returns; higher if packaging incomplete.
• Customer pays return freight unless due to SWP error.
• Non-returnable: opened fluids/chemicals, used/installed parts, electrical items with install marks, custom/special orders, tuned/modified ECUs, final-sale items.

Capabilities

SWP operates a parts storefront and a drive-in service facility in Casper, WY. Exchange and core programs may be available for select pumps, injectors, turbochargers, torque converters, and transmissions.

Repair, Upgrade, Exchange

Service work, part upgrades, and exchange units are supplied per manufacturer specifications and availability. Written estimates and repair orders govern shop work.

Shipping & Mailing

Daily carrier service (UPS/FedEx/USPS or requested courier/freight). Expedited options on request at published rates.

Some items ship directly from our manufacturers or distributors. Shipping origin may vary depending on product and availability.

Pricing & Descriptions

We strive for accurate pricing and product data. In the event of a typographical or data error, orders will be corrected or fully refunded prior to shipment. Customers are responsible for verifying critical fitment(year, make, model, engine, axle, trim).

Product Availability & Order Fulfillment

We make every reasonable effort to keep product availability and lead times accurate. Most in-stock items ship directly from our distributors within the stated handling time.

In rare cases, a product may become unavailable after an order is placed due to supplier inventory changes, discontinuation, or manufacturer constraints. If this occurs, we will notify the customer promptly and issue a full refund to the original payment method.

Injector Information

Injectors are sold individually unless a listing clearly indicates a set. To buy a set, add desired quantity to cart.

Damaged in Transit

Note visible damage on BOL when applicable. For parcel damage, email Contact@secondwindperformance.net with photos; carrier claims/replacements handled per carrier/manufacturer terms.

Credits

Issued upon return receipt, inspection, and approval, net of applicable fees. Allow up to 10 business days after return receipt.

Payment Terms

Website orders due at checkout. Shop invoices due at completion/pickup unless otherwise stated. Customer responsible for taxes/fees. Past-due balances may accrue late fees up to 2% per month (or max allowed). Reasonable collection/attorney fees may apply where allowed.

Core Returns (if applicable)

Cores due within 30–90 days per product line. Credit may be denied after window. Proper packaging required; see Warranty/Core Policy.

Fitment & Installation

Follow listing fitment and OEM/brand procedures; professional install recommended on safety-critical components.

MAP & Promotions

MAP restrictions may limit discounts on certain brands. One promotion/code per order unless expressly stated.

Emissions & Competition Use

Certain components are for competition/off-road use where permitted by law. Customer is responsible for compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Disclaimers; Limitation of Liability

Images may differ by revision. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the purchase price of the product(s) at issue; no indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

Governing Law; Venue; No Oral Modification

Wyoming law governs; exclusive venue in Natrona County, WY courts. No salesperson/agent may modify these Terms except in a signed writing.
