We accept returns on most new, unused, and unopened items within 30 days of delivery.
If a return is the result of our error (incorrect item shipped or defective item), we will provide a full refund and cover return shipping costs.
Returns requested for reasons other than our error are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return Requirements
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required prior to sending any item back
- The RMA number must be clearly written on the return shipping label
- Returns received without authorization may be refused
Non-Returnable Items
- Installed or used parts
- Electrical components
- Tuners, ECMs, PCMs, or electronic control modules
- Fuel system components once opened
- Special-order or custom items
No exceptions will be made once these items have been opened or installed.
Once a return is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days.
Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for the return
We will respond with return instructions and an RMA number.
Returns may also be initiated through your account by visiting View Orders and selecting the appropriate order.
We ship to most domestic and international destinations. Certain products may have shipping restrictions or may not be eligible for international shipment.
Shipping costs and estimated delivery dates are calculated at checkout based on:
- Item availability
- Selected shipping method
- Package weight (rounded up to the nearest full pound per carrier requirements)
